Costa Diadema

Costa Diadema, launched in 2014, is the latest addition to our fleet. It is built for relaxation and fun with lots of on-board activities, scintillating bars, gourmet restaurants and the spa area.

Among the special features not to be missed: an entire deck dedicated to children with castle and pirate galleon and the terrace on deck 5 for strolling and enjoying an aperitif at sunset: a real treat for holidaying in perfect Italian style. The cabins aboard our Flagship are elegant, well-appointed and spacious for up to five guests. At any time of the day or night you'll be spoilt for choice on what to do: sports, games, a large three-story theatre that welcomes international artists, and you too can take to the stage with Tu sì que Vales... and then the Aperol Spritz Bar for a cocktail before dancing the night away at the disco, a games room for returning to your childhood and a real German pub. Costa Fascinosa

A large ship just waiting to be experienced. Costa Fascinosa is the perfect venue for a laid-back holiday, full of fun. Features modern and multi-faceted artworks.

With its 114,500 tonnes, it’s one of the largest Italian merchant marine ships. Born to pay homage to the theatre, its decks are named after famous people such as: Zhivago, Aida, Tosca. Architecturally, the heart of Costa Fascinosa is its huge atrium which opens with the central staircase on to nine decks, from 3 to 13 degrees; the area has large mirrors that enhance the visual effect, to be fully appreciated from the panoramic lifts. The Aqua Park with its pirate décor and fairy-tale castle is the perfect space for kids.

Costa Favolosa

Dream and reality meet aboard the Costa Favolosa. As its name suggests, this is a fairy-tale ship. A real engineering gem with every comfort and space for your favourite activities: sports, relaxation and good food.

Costa Fascinosa's sister is one of the largest vessels in the Costa fleet. Built by Fincantieri, it was inaugurated in 2010. The best feature of the Costa Favolosa is its versatility, making it the perfect cruise ship for every itinerary. In addition to the normal internal and external cabins and those with balconies, for the more discerning passenger, the Samsara cabins are located right inside the Spa. Costa Favolosa shines like a gem. Crystal, marble, onyx and alabaster feature throughout, highlighting the elegance of every detail. On board you feel like a privileged guest both for the beauty of space and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff.

Costa Firenze

Costa Fortuna

Costa Fortuna is a tribute to ocean liners of the past. Built symbolically in the legendary shipyards of Genova Sestri Ponente, the Costa Fortuna is Costa Magica’s sister ship. Its motto is "first class, always" for the refinement of the furnishings and the elegance of its setting.

The public areas are decorated with reproductions of advertising images of the roaring ‘20s and ‘30s, with posters of the Michelangelo and Raffaello ocean liners. In the lobby there are models of 26 ships of the past that have been part of the Costa Cruises fleet. Thirteen decks are dedicated to international ports. 4 pools, one with a retractable roof, hot tubs and slide, open decks, casino, disco, the Rex 1932 theatre, all this classified Costa Fortuna as one of the first ships with new standards of quality and hospitality for holidays on the sea, to sail in great comfort to any destination in all seasons.

Costa Luminosa

Innovative design and quality materials make Costa Luminosa gleam like a jewel. Costa Luminosa has travelled the world several times thanks to her dimensions that are suitable for crossing the Panama Canal. Art is the guest of honour aboard Costa Luminosa, starting from the precious sculpture, "Donna sdraiata 2004” (Reclining Woman 2004), by Fernando Botero that fills the Central Hall of the ship. Of course, as the name suggests, Costa Luminosa is inspired by the play of light enhanced by Murano glass chandeliers, iridescent fabrics and transparent crystals with particular theatrical lighting that enhances the beauty. Starting from the Supernova Atrium, you can see the brightest stars of the universe that will accompany you through every space: in the Taurus and Andromeda restaurants, the Vega Casino and the Antares, Sirius and Electra bars.

Costa Magica

Costa Magica is a welcoming ship just waiting to be discovered and enjoyed in all its nuances. Designed by the American architect Farcus, it expresses the architect’s vision and seems literally suspended between the sky and sea.

Costa Fortuna's twin sister is inspired by the beauty of Italian places, especially the coast, while the decks have been assigned the names of the greatest artists in Italian history. At the centre of life on board, the Grand Bar Salento, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides allowing views of the exterior decks. The stern lido is highly elegant, with pools and hot tubs. The ship also welcomes the invaluable contribution of the Brera Academy, that has produced a series of works of art on the theme of magic to adorn one of the staircases and certain suites.

Costa Mediterranea

A real journey into art: portrait galleries, circling cupids, Baroque frames, Costa Mediterranea welcomes you to a festive and refined atmosphere that represents a modern search for beauty.

Its lounges and public areas reflect the architecture of Italian palazzos of the 17th and 18th centuries in Renaissance and Baroque style. The rooms are based on carnival masks, the theatre, located in the bow, was created from an Egyptian theme, and the Baroque style café offers oriental influences. In the midst of all of this beauty, there is room for all kinds of entertainment and sport: a dip in the pool, an outdoor jog or a game of basketball. And four more restaurants, a shopping arcade, a nightclub; just step on board to live all this first-hand.

Costa Pacifica

The Costa Pacifica is already a ship from the Guinness Book of Records because it was christened in Genoa on the same day as the Costa Luminosa. Its motto is "the sea in music": the styling and the deck names are all related to the world of music.

A stave of emotions on board amongst composers, operas and musical instruments that decorate each room. Costa Pacifica’s interior design is the work of an innovative artist in a harmonious blend of different styles. Music is played throughout the ship during the day. Particular care was taken to provide flawless sound quality aboard, and the maestro Mauro Pagani has also written thirty pieces of music exclusively for this cruise ship. When you're tired of the music, visit the external decks to listen to the melody created by the lapping of the water.

Costa Serena

Let yourself be seduced by the unique elegance and enticing atmosphere of the goddess of the sea: Costa Serena is a ship inspired by classical legends. Jupiter, Apollo, Bacchus, Clio... all the divinities of the ancient world will captivate you with their singular charm and golden aura in every area of the ship.

Costa neoRiviera

The Costa neoRiviera is inspired by the charm and atmosphere of the Italian Riviera, the Cote d'Azur and the Amalfi Coast. Perfect for a true luxury holiday.

Built in 1999 in France, it was totally modernised in 2013.

The Costa neoRiviera, with its 48,200 tonnes, is the smallest of the Costa ships, but one of the most popular owing to the relationship created on board amongst the personnel and guests. Here, even the most discerning traveller can be sure of optimum satisfaction: the ship is structured around eight decks dedicated to the most famous rivieras, including the " Costa Azzurra", the "Riviera dei Fiori" and the "Costiera Amalfitana", while the Atrium recalls the lobby of a large hotel with its comfortable leather sofas.

Costa neoRomantica

Completely renovated in 2012, Costa neoRomantica is unique to the Costa fleet. Slightly smaller than some of our other vessels, with luxurious and colourful interiors, the exclusive new cabins located on the highest decks are not to be missed, and the Samsara Spa is a real gem! In 2012, the Costa Romantica underwent a major makeover that included the modification of its interior spaces to include 111 luxurious Samsara Cabins. It is a small ship that reinforces the concept of refined and luxury cruising where nothing, not even the smallest detail, is left to chance, like tea served in the afternoon with pastries. On board, you truly will find everything you need: casino, disco, theatre, the Condotti shopping arcade, the great Piazza Italia bar and the 'Cabaret Vienna' Show Lounge Bar with dance floor, library and internet point. And of course lots for your little ones too with the Squok Club.

In Italy, dining is always a celebration which explains Costa's superb cuisine. Meal times are important; it is essential to have a pleasant environment, the right company and a smiling, attentive waiter nearby plus good quality wines to challenge connoisseurs! All of this is possible on a Costa cruise: enjoy breakfasts and lunches in the relaxing atmosphere of the ship’s buffet. With fresh pasta, authentic Italian meals and more, you can choose to dine indoors or al fresco. The main restaurant is the place to meet in a formal setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Choose from early or late sitting to enjoy traditional Italian cuisine, recipes of international style and meals inspired by the places visited.

For the health conscious, the Spa menu offers low fat, low carbohydrate, low calorie and low cholesterol courses. Available daily in the traditional restaurant during lunch and dinner. Caesar salads, fresh fruit, made to order sandwiches and tempting desserts are all just a phone call away with Costa’s 24hour room service. And what would an Italian style cuisine be without authentic Italian pizza?

For alternative dining, you can indulge with a sumptuous menu, fine wines and exquisite preparation in one of the speciality restaurants.

Family fun guaranteed!

Cruising Italian Style is great fun for our younger guests! And parents can relax knowing that their children are under the supervision of our qualified team of staff and in the company of Squok, our Fun @ Sea mascot.

Fun @ Sea is the special onboard programme for all our young cruisers and every day the Fun @ Sea newsletter lists all the normal daily activities plus special themed dinners. And every afternoon a snack is served in a reserved area of the Buffet restaurant. ‘Kids Club’ gives 3-6 year olds lots of fun with arts and crafts, story time and a kids own fancy dress party.

Junior Club is the perfect hideout for 7-12 year olds with treasure hunts, mini water Olympics competition, plus junior aerobics and jogging. Teenagers can also have fun on a family holiday with Teen Club for 13-17 year olds. We have sports and fitness activities, games and tournaments, percussion lessons, micro magic and music at the popular ‘Rock Hour’ in the disco.

Family accommodation is available on most ships with cabins to accommodate up to four people, and on many ships we offer a choice of interconnecting cabins for larger family groups.

Festive nights

Nights on board are full of entertainment and surprises. Choose between the theatre or casino, a cafe with live music or a quiet lounge where you can enjoy an espresso after your meal – it is up to you.

Every night after dinner, international artists perform a live show in our elegant onboard theatre. The ‘Today’ daily programme will tell you what is on each night: variety show, cabaret, or musical spectacular, even aerobics or magicians. Have a drink in fine company at one of the many bars or take a moonlit stroll on deck under the stars.

One of the greatest attractions is the casino, with all its temptations. Sparkling and full of lights, it is a space where you can try your luck on the roulette wheel, blackjack tables or slot machines, luring you in with the tinkling of their chips. If you enjoy other sounds you will find your preferred choice of music in one of the lounges: Latin American, easy listening? There is something for everyone.

The disco is open for you to dance the night away and our dancers will entertain you with themed evenings to make it even more electrifying.
