Before departure:
1. check-in online on www.mycosta.com starting with 10 days before departure- passengers will receive their boarding forms and dedicated arrival time at the terminal
2. the identification documents validity must be checked depending on the chosen itinerary
3-4. print boarding forms
4. print luggage labels (exemples how they look on video)
5. Passengers are advised to download Costa App on their smart phones before boarding. This way theys can easily access useful information regarding their trip during their stay on board
